Rest assured, Insanity Unveiled: Part 2 is on the way…

But first, I wanted to share with you an experiment that is actually making me money. It’s said that when you’re having fun and enjoying yourself, work doesn’t seem like work. It’s play.

And this all-too-important “mind-shift” is what it really takes to be successful. Love what you do, and get paid for it. Alright… well, I must admit that sometimes the “internet marketing scene” isn’t all fun and games. Sometimes it can get downright stressful. This is true with just about any business.

However, what if there was a way to do or learn marketing while having a great time?

I love video games. It’s one of my favorite ways to spend quality time with my family & friends.

The only problem is that the more time spent playing video games, is time that isn’t being used to make money, or build a business. So for the longest time, I couldn’t and wouldn’t allow myself to waste time playing those silly multiplayer games on MySpace, like Mobsters & Mafia Wars (two very popular multiplayer games on MySpace right now)…

I’d get tons of invites, but ignored them all… until I had an epiphany.

“What if I could create or license a product that could tie in directly to these games in such a way that I could cleverly make money and build my customer database while PLAYING?”

I told myself, If I could find a way to make real money from these games, it would be worth my time and energy to play them. I’d feel much better about playing games if I could monetize my time while playing.

I obtained a license for a high-quality product called Mafioso Marketing, which is essentially an in-depth training guide that shows anyone how to grow their business using “cut-throat” tactics for instant cash payouts. After reading through the product, pouring over the reports and watching the videos included in the Mafioso Marketing package, I was hooked… this would be the perfect compliment to these games!

It didn’t take long… I revised the sales letter, added my own spice, had my wife modify the web design, modified the thank you page, uploaded my files, tested my links and prepared for an official release…

SPOILER WARNING: Here’s where I’m going to be completely honest and totally transparent. After all, this is my live journal, and since you’re reading this, you deserve to know the whole story…

I didn’t immediately start marketing the product on MySpace.

I wanted to hit my “warm list” first and see how the product would do to a slightly more open audience.

So, I sent out a total of two emails to my most loyal subscribers telling them about my new product.

Once I got some solid numbers from “testing the waters” I decided this was a golden ticket. The sales letter alone (that’s right, no squeeze page this time) converted at 6.67% SALES from my warm list. And it wasn’t even targeting the MySpace Mafia crowd yet. Awesome. Time for phase 2…

My original intent from the get-go was to somehow monetize my time playing Mobsters & Mafia Wars… all my friends were joining and asking me to play, and I denied them… until now.

Next, came the official MySpace page and a character invention… Rob the Mobster.

Rather than just putting an ad to check out my new RobTheMafia release on my regular myspace page, I decided that Rob deserved his own. So, I created an entire MySpace page dedicated to Rob The Mafia.

This shows that I’m not just interested in making money… I’m also interested in playing the game.

My bulletins didn’t advertise my sales page, they linked directly to Rob’s MySpace profile and simply invited others to join my Mob and play the game. Once I got them into the game, I could show them how to do exactly what I was doing and make real money while mobbing their friends. And, it worked.

(Side note: within the game Mobsters, once you’ve begun building your mob and doing missions to rake in some dough (in the game) you can pay $500 (game cash) to send out a comment to your entire team, within the game. So once I get them into playing the game, I can tell them about Rob The Mafia!)

At first, I didn’t have any friends. So, I used MySpace’s own inviter script to invite my entire address book.

Next, I searched for as many groups as I could find using the keyword “Mobsters” and “Mafia Wars.”

It kind of startled me to find out within ten minutes, my inbox was FILLED with new friend requests as a direct result of simply joining these MySpace groups! Wow, this was almost too easy…

So easy, it should be illegal.

Here’s another tip: These MySpace games thrive on Viral Marketing. The apps are created in such a way as to encourage and inscentivize every player to invite as many people as they can find to join their team. The funny thing is, 99% of these players have no idea they’re MARKETING to get more members!

They’re spending all their time finding new and creative ways to grow their team, and they’re not getting paid a dime (in the real world). Now with Rob The Mafia, that has all changed.

So if you’ve received an email from me promoting the new Rob The Mafia product and perhaps thought (ok, Jason must have really lost his mind this time — how could he possibly be talking about creating peace among mankind in one post, and in another he’s “robbing the mafia!?” — Now, you know.

I discovered a problem shared within a particular audience (people playing games and not making real money from their time playing them) and spotted a golden opportunity to provide a solution. Of course these players aren’t going around saying, “man I wish I could be making real money from this game” — but when presented with a real opportunity, the problem is brought to their awareness and the solution is provided in the same breath. Win/Win!

Today’s lesson: Be on the lookout for opportunities to monetize what you enjoy doing. When you enjoy it, it isn’t work - it’s play. I hope this inspires you to find new ways to think creatively and “out of the box” to make more money and grow your business.

All drama aside, I told you help was on the way.

Today it’s coming in the form of a seven figure secret.

The metaphysical stuff arrives thereafter…

Look around the room.

Everything you see around you… Your couch. Your table. Your chair. Even the screen you’re reading on right now made someone a millionaire… maybe even a billionaire… and it continues to make them a fortune every single day. Ever thought about that?

Do you drink coffee or water?

The beverage you drink on a daily basis is making someone filthy rich.

The clothes you’re wearing right now are more than enough proof that you make people rich every single day of your life.

First, get a calculator (we’re rounding, but you’re still going to need it.)

Type in the following numbers:

Now divide that number by six.

1369852.17 / 6 = 228308.69

Ok, now take the number 228308.69 and divide it by 97.

228308.69 / 97 = 2353.69

Now, do the exact same thing but change 97 to 197:

97 = $97.00 ­­ Your first price point. (i.e. you sell xx product for $97)

197 = $197.00 ­­ Your 2nd price point. (i.e. you sell xx product for $197)

497 = $497.00 ­­ Your 3rd price point. (i.e. you sell xx product for $497)

997 = $997.00 ­­ Your 4th price point. (i.e. you sell xx product for $997)

2353.69 = You would have to make 2,354 sales each month for six months to generate $1,369,852.17 revenue total by selling a $97 product.

1158.92 = You would have to make 1,159 sales each month for six months to generate $1,369,852.17 revenue total by selling a $197 product.

459.37 = You would have to make 460 sales each month for six months to generate $1,369,852.17 revenue total by selling a $497 product.

If you’re thinking, “but I could never create or sell a product that costs that much!” you’re absolutely right. And if you believe you can learn how to create, package and sell products that cost as much as $997 a piece, you’re also right.

Remember, how you choose your answer mirrors how you live your life.

Ok, now type: SALE

…And you can experiment with more if you like. But those keywords reveal hundreds of targeted “niche markets” that are looking specifically for CONTENT and some are even willing to pay for it upfront.

Let’s dissect these keywords and get the psychology behind them…

BUY = This keyword is obvious. Anyone who types this word into a search engine (i.e. “buy domain”) is looking to buy.

SALE = Someone who types this keyword into a search engine is probably looking for a deal. (i.e. “writing software sale”)

FOR SALE = This is an indicator that the person typing this in is looking for something VERY specific. Google gives some great ideas. Find what people are looking “for sale” ­­ and you’ve just connected with serious buyers for your product. (i.e. “Harman Kardon Subwoofer for sale”)

TRAINING = Most people assume when the word “training” is involved, so is money. There are a few “free training” resources out there, but often (not always) you get what you pay for. When people type this word in they’re usually prepared to pay some big bucks. (i.e. “sales training”)

COURSE = This is a specific keyword focused on a packaged theme of relevant information about a topic. Courses are often sold as “high ticket” items ­­ i.e. items that sell in the $497 ­ $997+ range. (i.e. “real estate course”)

CLASS = You can make a fortune as a public speaker teaching classes about your favorite topic.

LESSON = People who type this in are looking for specific instruction. Often, they’re only searching for free information, but you can also find people who need personal service in an ongoing fashion ­­ and you bet they’re willing to pay for it. (i.e. “guitar lesson”)

TIP = People searching for “tips” are well aware that you can find free information on the net that often rivals the paid content, if you know how to find it. They are aware of the powerful content within articles, and are looking for FREE CONTENT relevant to their topic. However, it is also very important for you to know and realize that these people ALSO buy products, and sometimes buy them more often.

These are the “researchers” ­ those who are curious, interested or passionate enough about their topic to actually do research on it to learn more.

STRATEGY = This keyword denotes an intelligent researcher who is mentally focused on obtaining a SOLUTION to solve a problem. Often, these people are very analytical and like to think things out before taking a buying decision. Offer them free content and follow-up with a paid solution. Once they’ve logically convinced themselves to trust you, they’ll buy from you. (i.e. “poker strategy”)

TECHNIQUE = This is a keyword often used when someone wants to increase or improve a current skill. We improve our skills through learning new techniques… so offering free content designed to improve a skill through a series of techniques (such as an ecourse) and back ending the content with a logical up sell of useful and relevant paid content (such as a course or class) would work very well here.

Now that you can virtually “see” your target market with clarity beyond anything you’ve seen before, you might want to know how to reach them. This has been covered extensively in other reports, books, audios and courses, but we’ll take a quick look here as well…

To be most effective, you can go one of two ways. If you’re especially equipped with the “mind of a winner” you’ll go both.

1) PPC or Pay­per­Click advertising (see top ten list of pay per click engines)

2) Leverage other people’s traffic and share the benefit.

With PPC advertising, you need to watch your budget. You must split test. And by God, you absolutely *MUST* track each and every visitor to your website. Metrics are extremely important, but become a *MUST DO* when you’re pouring money into your advertising efforts.

Leverage on the other hand, allows you to gain a similar benefit to paid advertising, but without using any of your own money in most cases. I’m sure you’re aware, but this is known as either “Joint Venture Marketing” or “Forming Strategic Alliances.”

The key to making this work extremely well is to create a piece of content tying directly into the partner’s business to which you’re looking to attach yourself. For example, if I had a business selling flower seeds to gardeners I could do a GOOGLE.COM search on…

buy seed ­ would be used to locate seed buyers / possible competitors or JV partners

seed sale ­ would also be used to locate seed buyers / possible competitors or JV partners

seed for sale ­ would also be used to find seed buyers / possible competitors or JV partners

gardening training ­ possible seed buyers who want to better their gardening skills / possible JV partners to endorse seeds

gardening course ­ possible seed buyers who want to get a better education about gardening / possible JV partners

gardening class ­ serious gardening students who are highly interested in gardening / possible JV partners

gardening lesson ­ looking for free content about gardening / possible article distribution (PR) sources

gardening tip ­ looking for free content about gardening / possible article distribution (PR) sources

gardening technique ­ wants to better their skills at gardening by learning new things / possible article distribution (PR) sources

For extra publications or targeted traffic focused on your topic use:

NEWS (i.e. “gardening news”)

NEWSLETTER (i.e. “gardening newsletter”)

NEWSGROUP (i.e. “gardening newsgroup”)

EZINE (i.e. “gardening ezine”)

ECOURSE (i.e. “gardening ecourse”)

PUBLICATION (i.e. “gardening publication”)

FORUM (i.e. “gardening forum”)

DISCUSSION BOARD (i.e. “gardening discussion board”)

CHAT (i.e. “gardening chat”)

BLOG (i.e. “gardening blog”)

MAGAZINE (i.e. “gardening magazine”)

DIRECTORY (i.e. “gardening directory”)

At this point, you have a goal. You know exactly what you need to get there. And you have a topic. And now you’ve just uncovered more than enough websites to partner with, who are laser­ targeted to your topic.

But where’s your product?

Try this. Go back to Google.com and type in:

[YOUR TOPIC] EXPERT

[YOUR TOPIC] PRO

[YOUR TOPIC] ADVISOR

[YOUR TOPIC] AUTHOR

[YOUR TOPIC] PUBLISHER

See what this does?

This connects you directly with the “authority figures” in your target market.

These people should be considered as highly valuable Joint Venture partners and you should do whatever is necessary to contact the owner and make friends with them. Study them. Get to know them. And get a link to your site on theirs!

This will benefit you greatly. But there’s another benefit to locating these industry giants…

They will be the basis for distributing your high-ticket product!

That’s right. Interview them. Make absolutely sure they understand that by sharing their acquired knowledge with the world, they will be effortlessly bringing in new business, leads and prospects to their business, they’ll be getting free extra exposure (which everyone in business wants) and they’ll make money from releasing the final product to their existing prospects, customers and clients.

Now I hope you’re reading carefully because I’m going to reveal the “seven figure secret” in the very next sentence…

Price does NOT dictate the value of a product. Neither does the information itself. What truly determines the value of your product is how you package and present the information.

Were you aware that people have sold $5,000+ home study courses, based on nothing more than existing free content they’ve written or compiled over a period of time ­ read aloud into a recorder,video-captured and then distributed and sold on CDs, DVDs and printed transcripts in a 3-ring binder?

Well, you are now. Welcome to the world of “re­packaging.”

Allen Says, legendary marketing genius ­ once posted a series of free articles to his blog, then collected and compiled the articles, removed the public’s access, packaged the articles in the form an ebook ­ and made himself a small fortune. He used his existing credibility plus the credibility he received from new readers of his blog to sell the ebook ­­ which was based on the EXACT same high impact, killer articles he publicly displayed for FREE just weeks earlier…

This is a perfect example of repackaging. Here’s another…

Zilpah loves yoga.

She’s practiced it for years, and she’s a pro. She’d love to help others perfect their yoga, but she has no products to sell.

Zilpah wants to make $1,369,852.17 in six months teaching her own unique style of yoga.

She can record herself talking about her passion… give simple instructions… and sell the audio for $97.

She can then transcribe the audio, add a few more tips, exercises and techniques as they come to her, and now she has an ebook she can sell for $97 or $147 with the audio included. She can then pick 5­10+ sub­topics people want to know about (hint: you can find this in forums, blogs and discussion boards relating to the topic) have a separate audio for each one, get them each transcribed, and now you have a digital course you can sell upwards of $497. Now, you can take all that digital information and have it all printed and burned to CDs and/or DVDs… guess what? You’ve just created a physical product you can sell as a “home study course” for up to $997 or more.

And if you really want to “turn up the juice” you can put them on CDs, add in a few bonus DVDs, have printed transcripts and organize them into a nice 3­ring binder… and now you have a CLASS or TRAINING you can sell upwards of $5,000.

Any objections coming up right now just put them out of your mind. You are learning and learning is ALWAYS good.

I want you to realize you can use the SAME information in a $97 product as a $5,000 product… just more of it, and in various media.

Did you realize this? Information is information. Content is content. It takes EXACTLY the same amount of effort to get qualified, targeted traffic to a $97 sales page as it does a $997 sales page. Or even a $5,000+ sales presentation.

SIDENOTE: Pay attention to publications with smaller circulations. The same people who can afford to buy $997-­$5,000 courses to further their education, can be found in the same publications shared by those who can barely afford to pay their rent each month.

Once your product is created (or compiled from experts’ information and insights) the easiest way to make your fortune is to contact those top authority figures, interview them, co­create something with them ­or­ create a special report branding and giving exposure to THEIR business and website, while at the same time tying in your business with theirs. If you create a tip sheet that would make a useful addition to your potential partner’s website or publication, it becomes a logical choice for them to expose your content to their prospects and customers. This means YOU get free exposure, an endorsement from a “pro” in the industry and new prospects, customers and clients!

You can really “seal the deal” by rebranding your special report with a special affiliate link to your product or service before you release it to your potential partner. Now, your new partner gets a nice percentage of every sale he brings to your business ­ priceless!

The key to making this work is to make it about more than just “making money.” Sure, playing on the greed of your potential partners can make you wealthy ­­ but what you give, you receive.

And what you focus on expands. So why focus on greed, when you could just as easily (and more effectively) focus on bringing as much value and benefit as possible to those who can benefit you in return?

In closing, I hope you now realize that you can create and sell products as high as $997-­$5,000 per sale.

And you know exactly where to find the customers who can afford them. But now you also have the seven figure secret and the exact number of sales you’ll need to reach your intended goal.

You realize it’s now easier than ever to reach a virtually unlimited amount of targeted and qualified partners just by using free tools Google provides along with an arsenal of specialized “on target” keywords.

Now all that’s left is to connect the pieces of the puzzle I’ve just laid out for you and MAKE IT HAPPEN.

You will fail along the way.

Failure is an essential part of success.

There’s never been a true to life “success story” who didn’t have huge obstacles to overcome.

If you’re going through trying times, rejoice!

If you stop feeling sorry for yourself… stop playing the role of the victim… stop blaming everyone and everything outside of yourself (including big brother) and make a DECISION to take back your own power right now and pay attention to the lesson you’re learning, you’ll regain control of your life.

Sometimes, our biggest problem is that we don’t know the core-issues that cause us problems.

These – after a period of time – manifest themselves into physical form, via physical illness, dis-ease and mental disorders. In an upcoming post, I’m going to reveal techniques and technology being used right now to greatly reduce and even eliminate all physical imbalances, illness and disease in the body/mind.

You don’t know about them because mainstream media is forced into silence by your local alphabet soup agencies and the entire pharmaceutical industry at large. They’re ready with guns drawn to protect their profits and ensure your enslavement to their drugs for the rest of your life. (It’s the truth!)

Medication is designed to treat illness. Never to cure you of anything. That would cause their empire to crumble. They need you to stay ill for the rest of your life because it’ll make them more money.

Actual cures do exist and you’ll learn about them in my next journal entry.

There was a machine used in 1934 that vibrationally eradicated all disease – including cancer with a staggering 80% success-rate over a four week period, and a 100% success rate over six weeks.

Of course, the American Medical Association opposed the use of this device. Physicians who defied the official stance of the AMA and continued to use the Frequency Instrument had their licenses to practice medicine revoked and their equipment confiscated or destroyed.

Somebody’s gotta turn the tables.

Staged WW3? (Somebody Had To Say It…)

Alright… this isn’t the usual light-hearted post.

Some of you (especially anyone currently serving in the military) may want to look away.

If you haven’t yet heard of Operation Brimstone, you might be in for a surprise. (it ended last week)

I’m talking about the giant US/UK/French naval war games in the Atlantic Ocean preparing for a US/EU naval blockade of Iran… an Act of War under international law. They want to attack Iran during the Olympics.

There is concern that Russia and China will strongly oppose this naval blockade.

Here’s a link to more information about this - which you probably won’t hear on the evening news just yet.

And there’s a good reason. You only know what you’re told to believe, when you need to believe it.

In the uppermost quadrant of the elitist pyramid — this is all being staged.

No different than WWI, WWII or the “Gulf of Tonkin” incident which was later admitted to be a blatant lie, but still powerful enough to bring us into the Vietnam War.

Real people are dying. They’re fighting and dying as brave men and women for our Country. Bless them and their families. My heart goes out to them, on both sides. But they are pawns in a deadly game of Chess played by the same handful of evil people who secretly work together (as they always have) to bring about the exact result they wanted in the first place. (Not much different than 911 bringing about the Patriot Act).

I’m sure I’m in for it once I hit “publish.”

You may think this is all just crazy conspiracy theory… and you may be right.

Truth is, no one really knows what goes on at the top, but those at the top.

Everyone else — at every level below them — are deliberately lied to. This is called compartmentalization… the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing.

So if you are in the military, don’t be offended. I’m not saying you were lied to. I’m saying whoever told you what was going on was probably lied to… and so on, up the chain, all the way to the top.

While the world is glued to the Olympics, the US and EU are preparing to PROVOKE Iran into WW3.

I can promise you this… the real reasons are shrouded in secrecy.

Total Traffic Domination?

“More coffee please?”

These resources will have you going back for re-fills, but can also help you dominate the search engines for almost any keyword relatively easily, because these sites often get higher listings in google than just about anything else… but what’s really cool is that these traffic magnets tap into multiple traffic pools of their own.

The result: You get a ton of targeted traffic for any web site, blog or product promotion.

The idea is to create a slightly different presentation/review/showcase of your product or web site on each of these free sites… then, link them all together, thereby establishing a total traffic network.

Spend some time going through each of these sites — sign up for them and get started placing REAL content relevant to the site you want to drive traffic to. This works like gangbusters!

Here are the sites: (title the sites after the keywords you want to target)

My Internet Business Gets A Major Face-Lift

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you have probably felt the wave of publicity and buzz surrounding My Internet Business. How To Use Google Base To Double Your Traffic - The Video!

I’ve received a lot of great feedback for my previous post about the underground “secret method” to double traffic to any site using Google Base… but words can only go so far to explain and showcase the method.

Therefore - due to your request - Skye created a video to step you through using Google Base and submitting a URL from an article site to double traffic to the article, and hence the site being promoted with it.

Underground Secret Method To Double Your Traffic

Here’s a pretty cool method you can start using immediately - from the second you finish reading this post - to start doubling traffic to virtually any site you want, for free…

Turn around time: 24-48 hours

Instructions: Write an article, or use any existing articles you’ve written or submitted to any article site. In fact, any content-driven page (such as a blog, squidoo, hubpages, ezinearticles, etc.) can be used with this method.

Take the URL of your page and head over to base.google.com. Submit the URL to Google Base in the category of a “reference article.” Google spiders and indexes just about any URL within the reference articles section of Google Base, often in as little as 24 hours.

You’ll almost immediately see a spike in traffic to your site coming from Google. If you’ve got several articles on sites such as EzineArticles.com already, submit the URL for each article to Google Base. This helps those ugly, dynamically generated php-based URLs get some action in the search engines.

But it gets better…

Take ANY content-based site that links to your web site URL from around the net, and submit to Google Base in the reference articles category. By increasing the amount of traffic going to THEIR sites, you’ll double yours by default.
